GAT Food Essentials is An Austrian company specialized in microencapsulating active ingredients. GATs products is an liquid self emulsifying water based concentrate that easily can be added to optional production step. The emulsion contains the capsules, a few microns big, that is stable towards most processes, for example homogenization and pasteurization.
Examples of encapsulated active ingredients: omega-3 (from fish, algae or flaxoil)
